The RPO is seeking an enthusiastic Stage Manager to join our experienced team at a thriving time in the RPO’s future. As one of two Stage Managers, this role plays a pivotal part in bringing our creative visions to life, overseeing stage logistics, ensuring seamless performances and maintaining the highest quality standards.

From planning to rehearsals to showtime, the Stage Managers are the backbone of our productions, working closely with musicians, conductors, soloists and outside technical teams to deliver exceptional experiences every time. Working alongside a dedicated team of colleagues, the Stage Managers are an integral part of creating a sustainable Transport and Stage Management operation.

The salary is £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience.
