First Violin
Judith graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music with First Class Honours. She went on to receive a Fulbright Scholarship to study with Dorothy DeLay at The Julliard School. Judith was the 1999 English Speaking Union Scholar at the Tanglewood Music Center and gave a recital at Seiji Ozawa Hall. She was the winner of the 1998 Morgenstern Award at the Shell LSO Competition.
Judith's solo recitals include performances at the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra’s 75th Anniversary Festival, Fulbright Yearly Seminar in Berlin, Barber Institute, University of Birmingham and Bishopsgate Institute in London for the City Music Society.
Judith has led the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO), City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) and City of London Sinfonia, and she has held principal positions with the CBSO and RPO. She is currently an Associate Member of the RPO.
