Second Violin

Inês Delgado is a Portuguese violinist and a member of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra since 2025. A graduate of the Royal College of Music, she has a varied career spanning orchestral and chamber ensembles, as well as leading workshops. Inês performs with orchestras including the London Philharmonic, BBC Symphony, Philharmonia, and English National Opera, and is a guest principal second violin with the Ulster Orchestra. A chamber music enthusiast, she was a member of the award-winning Salomé Quartet. Passionate about mindfulness and music’s role in wellbeing, she co-founded the violin and piano duo Eunoia, and leads creative workshops in education, mental health, and care settings.
