Brent workshops were led by workshop leader/composer Rosie Bergonzi, resulting in We Stand Together. Lyrics and musical ideas were developed with youth and adult footballers at the Jason Roberts Foundation, musicians and participants from St Michael and All Angels Steel Orchestra and Brent Black Music Co-op (BBMC), students at ICMP, pupils at Oliver Goldsmith’s Primary School, Brent Youth Theatre members and community groups at Silver Jubilee Park.
A choir made up of singers from St Margaret’s Primary School and Silver Jubilee Park, and musicians from St Michael & All Angels Steel Orchestra and BBMC joined the RPO for celebratory performances on the Women’s EURO Cultural Programme finale day in Arena Square, Wembley.
