People Together, the Trafford anthem, was written by workshop leader/composer Raye Harvey through workshops with pupils at St Alphonsus RC Primary School, visitors to Timperley Library, Broomwood Primary School, Gorse Hill Studios and musicians from Trafford Music Service.
The St Alphonsus choir and instrumentalists from Trafford Music Service joined the RPO on stage at the Trafford Fan Party on the tournament’s opening day to give several performances of People Together, resulting in ticket holders and fans singing along.
RPO Women’s EURO 2022 Cultural Programme in Trafford:

- 10 participant groups plus public drop-in events
- 2,000+ audience at match-day Fan Party
